By 2040, America’s workforce is expected to be the most ethnically diverse in this country’s history. It will comprise adults who must be able to effectively interact with culturally diverse individuals, utilizing ever-changing technologies and providing innovative problem-solving skills to meet unprecedented challenges. America’s economic future relies on today’s children becoming part of a skilled and creative workforce that is available here in Georgia, as well as empowered to thrive globally.
